Trike’s presentation during paramotorists’ competition

On Saturday, September 24 trike was loaded into a trailer and taken to the airport Spilve, where was held landing accuracy competition among paraplaners’. It was very interesting to see the reaction of people. Such unusual trike has attracted the interest of the audience – girls were photographed next to the machine, men discussed. Me and Oleg smiled.
We look forward for the right wing, and will soon launch the Dreamfighter in the air.

Road test

Today I set the propeller and rolled out trike on the road. The device goes steadily and it is very pleasing. Reducer passed the test, the propeller and landing gear are in order. The only thing I disliked – the hole where the front wheel goes out from the body. Dust blows into the cabin through it. I have couple of ideas how to neutralize this problem. The trike is generally pleased with the stability and speed.

Painting

Today the painting was finished. The shape of the trike determined the drawing. Choice of color – black bottom, red top and large white figures 37 on the board. Figures give the trike sportiness. Why 37? Because I am 37 years old 🙂 Just beautiful number. In general coloring looks sportively, in the spirit of the 30s of the twentieth century.

Today I’ve weighed the trike with all stuff excluding propeller – even with a liter of petrol in the tank. I was surprised to see the weight – 58 kilos, as expected to see a more. It remains to dye and finish some minor details.
